Hi, I’m Randall.

It starts with people.

I’m the broker and owner of The Real Estate Blvd. My work with buyers, sellers, owners, and investors in Central Florida begins with understanding what matters to them and helping them make a plan for their next move.

I’m also interested in the tools behind those decisions. How do we organize property information? What should a useful answer explain? Where can technology improve the work, and where does a person still need to exercise judgment?

Making room for better questions.

Property Dexter is one way I’m exploring clearer information, its sources, and the questions that remain. This site is where I plan to share that work and what I’m learning along the way.

I want the reasoning to be visible: the sources, assumptions, and limits. A useful tool should solve a real problem and keep a person accountable for the result.

Photography gives me another reason to pay attention. I like noticing the places and ordinary moments that are easy to pass by.

I’m also a U.S. Army veteran. It’s part of my background and the person behind the work.
